چکیده

In this paper, a xed-horizon H 1 tracking control (HTC) for discrete time-varying systems is obtained via the dynamic game theory in state-feedback case. From HTC, an intervalwise receding horizon H 1 tracking control (IHTC) for discrete periodic systems is suggested using the intervalwise strategy. The conditions under which IHTC stabilizes the closed-loop system are proposed. Under proposed stability conditions, it is shown that IHTC guarantees the H 1-norm bound and that IHTC with integral action provides zero ooset for a constant command signal. The performance of IHTC is compared with that of RHTC via simulation studies for a discrete periodic system.

On control of discrete-time state-dependent jump linear systems with probabilistic constraints: A receding horizon approach

In this article, we consider a receding horizon control of discrete-time state-dependent jump linear systems, particular kind of stochastic switching systems, subject to possibly unbounded random disturbances and probabilistic state constraints. Due to a nature of the dynamical system and the constraints, we consider a one-step receding horizon. Using inverse cumulative distribution function, w...

Pole Assignment Of Linear Discrete-Time Periodic Systems In Specified Discs Through State Feedback

The problem of pole assignment, also known as an eigenvalue assignment, in linear discrete-time periodic systems in discs was solved by a novel method which employs elementary similarity operations. The former methods tried to assign the points inside the unit circle while preserving the stability of the discrete time periodic system. Nevertheless, now we can obtain the location of eigenvalues ...

Dynamic Output-Feedback Receding Horizon H∞ Controller Design

Abstract: In this paper, we present a dynamic output-feedback receding horizon H∞ controller for linear discrete-time systems with disturbance. The controller is obtained numerically from the finite horizon output-feedback H∞ optimization problem, which is, in fact, hardly solved analytically. Under a matrix inequality condition on the terminal weighting matrix, the monotonic decreasing propert...

Properties of a combined adaptive/second-order sliding mode control algorithm for some classes of uncertain nonlinear systems

results that include the well-known matrix equality condition [1] as a special case, still allowing arbitrary state weighting matrices. Theorem 6 and Corollary 4 are also new results that weaken the condition on the state weighting matrix. It is known that the terminal weighting matrices presented in this paper can be represented as LMI forms and computed by using existing semi-definite program...

Optimal discrete-time control of robot manipulators in repetitive tasks

Optimal discrete-time control of linear systems has been presented already. There are some difficulties to design an optimal discrete-time control of robot manipulator since the robot manipulator is highly nonlinear and uncertain. This paper presents a novel robust optimal discrete-time control of electrically driven robot manipulators for performing repetitive tasks. The robot performs repetit...
